Dr. Bradley J. Jorgensen
Dr. Bradley J. Jorgensen, though born in Green Bay, is a native of Denmark, Wisconsin. Dr. Jorgensen graduated from Denmark High School in 1976 and is a 1980 graduate of St. Norbert College with a degree in mathematics. Dr. Jorgensen received his Bachelor of Science in Visual Science in 1982 from the Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago and his Doctor of Optometry degree in 1984 .
Dr. Jorgensen’s professional interests include orthokeratology, low vision, treatment of eye disease, the correction of refractive error of the eye with glasses, contact lenses, surgical options. Having attended over 200 hours of clinical and therapeutic training in medical eye care, he is Board certified in therapeutic and diagnostic pharmaceutical agents. He is active in the Wisconsin Optometric Association (WOA), and is the 2009 past president of the WOA. Doctor Jorgensen also has great interest in computer applications to health-care.
Dr. Jorgensen and his wife, Sue, have two sons, Bryan and Brett.
Dr. Robert C. Schulz
Dr. Robert C. Schulz is a native of Beaver Dam, Wisconsin. Dr. Schulz graduated from Beaver Dam High School in 1977 and attended the University of Wisconsin, River Falls through 1980. He received his Doctor of Optometry degree in 1984 from the Illinois College of Optometry.
Dr. Schulz’s professional interests include childrens vision, treatment of eye disease, co-managing surgical options and correcting refractive error with glasses and contact lenses. Having attended over 200 hours of clinical and therapeutic training in medical eye care, he is Board certified in therapeutic and diagnostic pharmaceutical agents. Dr. Bob is a member of the Wisconsin Optometric Association and active in community organizations.
Dr. Schulz has twin boys, Derek and Dalton.
Dr. Jacob T. Wittman
Dr. Jacob T. Wittman was born and raised in Appleton, Wisconsin. Dr. Wittman graduated from Appleton East High School in 2009 and received his Bachelors degree from Wartburg College in 2013. After his time at Wartburg, he attended the Illinois College of Optometry and graduated with his doctorate in 2017.
Dr. Wittman’s professional interests include the treatment and management of ocular diseases, correcting refractive error through the use of contact lenses and glasses, and pediatric exams. Dr. Wittman is a member of the Wisconsin Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association.
Dr. Maya Pollock
Dr. Maya Pollock was born and raised in Winnipeg, Manitoba. She graduated from University of Winnipeg in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science. Having a passion for eyes, she then went on to Indiana University School of Optometry where she graduated with her doctor of Optometry in May of 2022.
Dr. Pollock professional interests include fitting specialized contact lenses, myopia control, ocular disease, dry eye, low vision, and pediatrics. Dr. Pollock is a member of Wisconsin Optometric Association and American Optometric Association.
On her time away from the office Dr. Pollock enjoys spending time with her husband, Colin, and her (very adorable) dog Mili.
